Laughter

Laughter is a response to humor. Which contains two parts, a set of gestures and the production of a sound. While we laugh, the brain pressures us to conduct both things together. When we laugh heartily, some changes occur in most of are body, which includes arms, legs and muscles. We do not decide when to laugh, mainly that is the job of our brain. Laughter is an antidote for stress and conflict. Nothing else works fast to bring your body back into balance and it helps you relax. All in all, this medicine is pleasant and easy to use.
