THE GREAT STATUE
"We should go there," Timothy yelled, 'It is a famous place."
" I agree dad, can we? I learned in school that The Great Statue was established in 1943 and...",
"Oh stop it Meera I do not care," said Timothy.
"Okay!" yelled Meera.
"Okay we will go tomorrow" said dad.
Meera and Timothy went to their room and slept. The next morning Meera woke up and ran to the kitchen and had her breakfast. They all left to see The Great Statue. Meera was astonished to see it.
"Happy Meera?" asked dad but when he turned around Meera was not there!
Good story, but when you said, " It is a famous place" . the period is supposed to be inside the quotation marks.
ReplyDeleteThere is double space between " The Great Statue was established in" If you could fix that the story would look better. It's a good story still.
